The first beer we ever brewed, and a perennial favourite. A rich, golden amber colour, with a creamy tan head that leaves significant lacing on the glass as you drink it. Aromas of sweet caramel and fresh whole-wheat bread. Caramel malt flavours, with hints of  dried fruit and some English-style floral hop character. Well balanced, finishing with a slight herbal bitterness.
